  • Front turn-signal light replacement

    hi,

I have 1994 Ford Festiva (something that looks like http://117.53.175.169/CarPhotos/factory/photos/OAT.jpg). Recently my front turn-signal light on the driver side stopped working and I'm facing a bit of a dilemma with regards to how to get to it. On the passenger side I can reach the signal light from the top via open bonnet without any issues, but on the driver side there are a lot of components in the way. I even tried reaching up from below (from in front of the wheel) but there just doesn't seem to be enough manouvering room to extract and then replace the globe. I've attached the picture of the headlight - the turn-signal is in the small compartment on the left. Do I have any options other than to dismantle the entire headlight to try and gain the necessary access? thanks.

Not to sure about yours but can you unsnap the plastic fenderwell
and get it from in front of your tire?

Just keep in mind most of us are Americans and our Festiva is completely different than yours, but I think Movin is on to something here.
