Cooling fan rewiring

Can anyone here on this forum help me rewire my fan such that it blows whenever I have the key in "on" position? I did an engine swap on this engine and I haven't the time to properly fix the problem and I was hoping someone might have a quick fix.

A simple way is to just unplug the wire from the temp sensor located on the thermostat housing. It is the sensor with the flat blade connector. Whenever this is disconnected or not working the fan stays on all the time.
