The problem I seem to have with my 1992, Ford Festiva is it will run for a while and then quit, it will sit there and turn over really strong but will not fire. I have replaced the wiring harness, plugs, wires, distributor, coil, ignition control module, checked the timing, readjusted the timing belt. And the darn thing still will shut down for no reason. I reset the computer and it will sometimes fire right up. I have not tried to read any codes from the computer, but I think the problem may be electrical or computer related. This Festiva has had a bad little life so I did inherit a lemon and have tried to do everything I possibly can think of to turn it around. Car would be solid if I could get this figured out.
