  • Ignition problems now!

    Seems like I fix something and something else breaks.
    Now I've got and ignition wire problem. If I pull down on the wire it works. It's a two wire connector on the side with the key. One is green and the other is red/yellow.
    Anyone had this problem.

      pics, man, we need pics.

          The car starts right up. When I pull a little on the wires on the steering column. Pics below.

            It's the wiring that goes to the other side of the ignition key.

              I figured out its something with the ignition key cylinder on the wire side. It moves around. So I'm guessing it's not making good enough connection or something.

                Give it a shot of lube and roll with it, keep the lube handy!!!
                1992 white L, Bp, American racing 13's, stock trans.
                1991 White L, BP/F5MR, protege header, full aspire swap with gr2's, seats, and sway bar, 15" konig's, short throw, escort console.
                1991 blue L, 5 speed.
                1988 red L-plus-all stock.
