got a 91 fest efi 5speed just changed fuel pump n filter, coil,cap,rotor,wires and plugs. and these parts havent fixed the wierd miss it has. it runs fine when its cold revs up nice and everything, for about 5 minutes then it begins to break up and pop. almost like sumthing is breaking down when it gets warm.it only does it while driving the car, idles perfect all the time. anyone with a good idea bout this problem is appreciated.

look for a vac leak when warm, and cracks around the air tube after the VAF.Trees aren't kind to me...

Another thing that kicks in when the engine warms up is the ignition control module.Original owner of silver grey carburetted 1989 Festiva. 105k km as of June 2006. 140k km as of June 2021.Comment

^ on all cars, the ign modual is ALWAYS active (cold, warm, doesn't matter). common guy, keep it straight.Trees aren't kind to me...
