Ok so I put a new clutch on my AC compressor and ever since I did I have been getting a little sound. Just pretty much drove it down to the shop to have it charged and they called to let me know what they found. He said the compressor pulley is only spinning about once for every 2 turns of the other pulleys. Anybody have any idea what would be causing this thing to be hanging up like that?

Loose belt? If the clutch engages at all it should hold. Things that would make it slip
with a tight belt would be no AC condenser fan or over charged system.Reflex paint by Langeman...Lifted...Tow Rig

I had it charged and it works but they said the clutch isn't holding like it should which is weird since its new. Belt should be fine and its a brand new one too.1993 Festiva GL The Besty Festy
