Replacement parts & rebuild kits etc

I have been reading on here quite a bit and have learned a few things, my brother and i each have a festiva. Hes rebuilding 2 stock engines i need to get gasket kits and what not, we both need clutch kits, i need or want a new o2 sensor( i read to get denso, denso, denso( thats the prefferred o2 sensor?))

So i was hoping to be helped as to where to get cheap but reliable mostly new parts/kits.

Also any help on any other ways to maximize my mpg, and if possible increase performance without losing little or no mpg. Thanks in advanced.

the clutch kit is available on Ebay, brand Luk: 07-068 for ~$100.
