I might have the blue plastic piece that should be inset to your cluster.
Let me see if I can get someone to take a pic of the piece I speak of.
I haven't been too successful in get pics say of a Subaru 360, but this might be easier for the photographer.

No, there is a "chip" if you will, that sits over the bulb well for the Hi beam indicator. Though I have also seen the coated bulb in the socket as well as the blue plastic cover chip. I was of the opinion he was missing the blue plastic "chip" covering the bulb. I could be wrong!

It's going to be a PITA for you to get to put it where it belongs though.
Let me get you a pic first and see if that makes sense.
The photographer is probably asleep not to mention in another state, so will have to wait till tomorrow.
