cv joints , rack and pinion HELP needed BAD

The pass side boot of the rack and pinion is gone and leaking(manual, not PS) so I was wandering if a rack&pinion out a Festiav will fit on my 95 Aspire.
Also CV joints are interchangeble??
What abt a Festiva 5 speed tranny, is the same one as in the 95 Aspire??
What abt ball joints??

Control arm/ball joint assemblies are about 1/4" longer in the Aspire and don't interchange. Neither are CVs.

I'm not sure about the racks, but it's possible. Different part numbers for whole assemblies, but that could be due to differences in tie rod length and tie rod ends.

Transaxles should be interchangeable using the Festiva tranny mounts instead of the Aspire's.
