Not too common, but if someone kept running it hot with no coolant it is possible. I had a B6 once with a crack in the head. Usually its just the HG though.
      No festiva for me ATM...

Ok thats what i thought it appears to be the gasket to the waterjacket leaking from not being torqued right

None of the cylinders have appearance of water at all so i figured it washed up into the head thru the bolt holes from not being torqued down right ,does anyone got the correct torque and propper proceedure ?

Frank here (8 and vandyke) I think you were over to get something off me. anyway, nice shot of the gasket! look real close between the intake and exhaust valves. In my experience (and I can't find cracks in heads either) when I don't see a crack my machine shop guy never fails to find one. Also, don't forget to look very close at the cylinder walls. If the engine ever froze it's very possible to have a crack in a cylinder (you would probably have water in the block then however)
                good luck.

Chase the head bolt holes, and clean the head bolts. If any are stretched, replace them.
A little copper kote would go a long way to adhere these surfaces. I like a little liquid
Teflon on the bolt threads. Then proceed!!

They can test the head. I would have it surfaced as well. Water in the oil is not a good thing. It tends to wipe bearings out pretty quickly.
