I just put in new spark plugs:
They came gapped at .044. Chilton's says .041. I put them at .040 to wear in. That shouldn't keep it from starting, should it?
I thought the plain copper cores were best. Took out my year old NGKs, which were running okay, but looked worn down on the electrode.
Put on new cap and rotor. Just changed back to old cap since the new one looked a bit different on the inside. Still no start.
Just tried again. All plug wires in proper firing order. All plugged in properly, including coil wire.
