Need Help Wont Start

we just bought a 93 ford festiva that wont run, it will hit sometimes, it has a good spark , and plenty of gas though the fuel filter, but the plugs are dry, after trying to start it, also they are dry when you spray starting fluid in there , i believe its out of time, but what do you all think

Is off read the rule and post what year make model FI carbed etc..

If it's fuel injected start by checking the fuel cutoff located near the left rear shock. It is an inertia switch that cuts off the fuel. Make sure that the entire are tube is connected. Make sure the air box electrical plug is connected. All this is necessary in a FI festiva.
