left side light problems

I am having issues with my left side front lights. HL is really dim and marker light isn't working at all. Its not the bulbs I have switched to the other side all work fine. Have also switch the bulb harness from the clip on the marker. Test light on the marker shows it has juice same as the other side. Anyone have any suggestions? I just put a new harness in it and this is the last bug I need to work out.

you have a bad ground wire/terminal.

so how would i go about fixing that?

The ground for the lights (driver's side) is near the fan and headlight relays. It has 6 or so wires going to a plastic terminal then screwed to the body. Remove and clean loop terminal with steel wool. Also clean around screw hole.
