Welcome to the club. Someone here wedged something in the access hole and got it to hold the jamnut. I cut my bolt and still haven't figured how to hold the new nut.
reciprocating saw on either side of the control arm.
Then drive out the now no longer captive nut with the remains of the bolt.
This of course only ofter obtaining a replacement bolt and nut with either an integrated flare or a lock washer.
And please use anti-seize liberally.

Welcome to the club. Someone here wedged something in the access hole and got it to hold the jamnut. I cut my bolt and still haven't figured how to hold the new nut.
I did this once by just sticking my finger into the access how and hold the nut to the bolt until was tight enough to use its own force to keep it from turning. If you use the right type of nut or a lock washer that should not be a problem.

1/4 drive wobbly works for the replacements. A pry bar with the
slight bend on the end , not the big ones, maybe 24" long will wedge
the nut if held just right. It will peal the rest of the captured part out
as well, all through the oval hole without cutting.
