Where does this vac line go?

Hi i have a 92 festiva, manual trans. a couple days ago my car started to stall at idling. I figured out its a vac line, but cant find where the line comes from or attaches to. Ive looked everywhere. Attached is a picture of where the line attaches. Please help. Thanks.

On mine theres a rubber plug. No hose.

It goes to the transmission on the auto cars, on the 5 speeds its just capped off. Glad you got it fixed!
