Pull the door card and see if something is jamming the window regulator.
Or if it is the regulator itself, sometimes a lube of the regulator hub and cable works.

May well be the plastic spline on the hand crank is stripped. The crank is held in place by a metal spring clip. Anything beyond that and it is time to remove the door panels ('card' as everyone here seems to call it).Comment
