cranking but not starting 190 ford festiva

Recently I bought a crash 1990 ford festiva fuel injection. I tried to start it, but engine cranks but don't start. There are some cables which dont know where they go. I check all fusibles and fusible links. They are ok, but has no spark when i removed one of the spark plug cables and also fuel pump is not working.For example, the sensor located in the exhaust pipe near the exhaust manifold. Am trying to get a service manual, but going to take awhile, since live in Republic of Panama.
What should I check first.

One thing to check ins the fuel pump inertia switch. It cuts off the fuel when the vehicle is in a crash. It is located behind the left rear shock tower. Just make sure it is pushed in.

Just find out where all the electrical stuff goes. Take pics and post them if you need help to tell where to hook them up.

I check that switch and its pushed. Can it be jumped to see its ok
The other problem is I have no current at distribuitor and no fuel from fuel pump.

The car was hit in the front, but the problem is that the repair shop cut and desconected 10 or more cables that I cant find where they go.

It's possible to get the electrical diagrams if somebody gas get them scanned? It will help me a lot.

It's possible to get the electrical diagrams from someone have them. They can be scanned to to me then. It's going to take up to 6 weeks to get the service manual I ordered.
