  • valve spring Q?????

    Hey guys I wanted to know if the b6 an the b6t vavle springs were the same I found a site that sells new ones for 1.6 an 1.8 dohc for like 8 dollars a piece but I need to know if these are good to use for the 1.6t?

      The SOHC (B6) valve springs are probably different from the ones used on DOHC (B6T) engines. As a general rule, valve springs on a DOHC or even a SOHC 16V engine are usually smaller and weaker.........because the valves are smaller & lighter and the valve lift is less.
