  • Gas fumes in Cab

    I have a 91 Ford Festiva GL

I have been noticing Gas orders, I see no leaks inside or out.

the smell is inside not out.

it is worse when car sits in the sun while at store but after you start driving it goes away

    any ideas where to look.

filler neck or seal on fuel pump....both are in the cabin. Under the back seat, lift the carpet and you will see where the fuel pump is in the top of the tank.
