    Have you tried lubricating the throttle cable? I haven't looked at mine lately but assume the throttle rest point is adjustable, not just the plastic fine tuning screw on the back of the carburettor. Good luck.

      I would assume that if he was naked then it would be plausible he had a loose shaft.
