I would say you have too much blow-by....I've had a similar problem in a FI Nissan Sentra(smoked like crazy at times because oil was going into the injector system). Basically, your cylinder rings are just not holding the explosion in the cylinder in all the way and that pressure is moving up to the top of your engine and blowing oil out either your PCV valve or the other pipe that goes into the air cleaner assembly.
You can test this out by starting your car, taking the oil cap off, and then putting a card-sized piece of newspaper on top. If the paper blows into the air, you have too much blow-by.
My fix on the Sentra was disconnecting one of the hoses going into the valve cover, running it into a can, and drilling a small hole in said can to let the pressure out. I also disconnected and plugged the PCV valve hose.
:nono: DO NOT simply plug the hoses or you will blow your valve cover gasket. Pressure has to release somewhere
overhaul, B6(or whatever you may want), or a catch can and wait till the rings are completely gone. Right now your compression rings are gone(or not working at their 100%) and may be your oil rings are still doing their work if you are not throwing blue smoke out of your tail pipe!
Compresion test will say how much pressure you are losing. It could be leaking at rings or valves. I cured low compression in a single cyclinder with oil additive to clean the carbon buildup off the exhaust valve.
