  • Is it normal for it to draw this much power while off?

While the car is sitting completely off, is 0.21amps being drawn too much? it dips to 0.01amps when I pull the headlight fuse.

What would be causing that kind of draw on the headlight circuit when it is off? I would say a short, but the headlights work just fine, brights and all. Bad headlight relay?

If it is the relay, where would I find it?

That is a little high, do you have a stereo or some aux thing wired in?
