My right driver-side blinkers stopped working recently. I bought a replacement flasher unit, but I'm not sure where it goes. I checked under the hood and couldn't find the old/broken one. I'm guessing I'll have to remove the dash to get at it. Does anyone know for sure where the flasher unit is located in a 92 Festiva?

Look under the dash to the left of the steering wheel. Some square boxes are hanging there; the blinker is one of them. Simply read the label or unplug them to find out what is what.
Very easy, requires no tools and only 5 minutes of your time.

Half flashing
I suspect that replacing your flasher module won't solve the problem. At least it didn't on my 93L. Altho I don't think this is a common problem (I got no replies when I asked about this last year) replacing the entire combination switch (on the steering column) solved the problem.
Let me know in case yours is an 88/89, and you can't find a replacement.
