Make sure you have power from the ignition switch on both sides of the "engine" fuse,
Make sure the relay plug in black wire is still grounded.
Make sure power from the engine fuse is actually arriving at the relay plug.Reflex paint by Langeman...Lifted...Tow Rig

Sorry, just looking off the haynes, but are you jumping the white/blue wire to the yellow/black on the main relay to bypass?
There's 2 fuses before that relay, as movin said definitely check the fuses. 15A EGI (fusible link?) and 10A Engine (fuse panel).
Test for power when key ON the 10A Engine fuse, then test at the Blk/Wht in the main relay. If the power is there and all fuses are good, I'd look closely at that ground wire coming off the relay.
Looks like if that circuit is shorting at the ground, you'd be able to crank the engine (ie the starter solenoid engages and spins the motor), but you're not going to have a bunch of important things- fuel included.
If you're gonna bypass, consider an inline fuse and a cool toggle switch with a buzzer and light!

Power relay issue please help.
Yes I checked both and they are good.
If they were bad it wouldn't crank even with bypassing right? But it does crank bypassing. When I get home I will double check the fuses but that was the first things I checked.;

Depends on where the circuit failed and how you bypassed it. Does the starter engage when you turn the key, just doesn't run? The relay gives power to a few important things, according to the diagram- fuel pump included. However, if you're not getting a crank (starter motor engages), it might be something closer to your ignition/charging system.
How do you have the wires jumped, so that it'll run?

no, no fuel because that relay.
ONE MORE TIME
It Runs when i use a bypass 2 fat wires together and 2 skinny wires together, but when i use a regular relay it does not want to Run.
And the regular relay works i tested them.
but when i leave the bypass hooked up it drains the battery.;
