Lights not working

I have a '93 Festiva and the lights that illuminate the fan switch and the red and blue temp. selector bar are not on. How do you get to these bulbs to check them?

Try looking at the wiring diagrams for the '93 in the "sticky" threads at the top of the
Repair Help Forum home page. There is probably one feed wire you need to check.
There are also wiring diagrams at the back of the Haynes manual.
