Does anyone have any ideas of how I could repair my front end. My frame on the drivers side is bent and the whole core support is smashed. Has anyone rewelded a new front end on to their festiva before. I was thinking of just cutting out the bent part of the frame and welding a new plate were it was bent with reinforcements. As for the front use the festiva headlight housing on both sides and weld soilid pipes for the radiator and bumper support. does this sound good? give me feedback if anyone done this before? thanks sorry no pics ill try to get some

Some body on here posted pics of a new support they fabbed in, it looked like 2 inch square tubing.
The part that bends behind your tire will crack when you pull it back .
It can be strong backed.Reflex paint by Langeman...Lifted...Tow Rig

I had a mangled front end, went to Pic n Pull with a sawzall, and cut a new front end off. Then I talked a friend into welding it on for me. Here is the thread that described the work. http://www.fordfestiva.com/forums/sh...ip-Replacement The results was great.Thricetiva replaced Icetiva as the new ride
