Doors and this thing?

I don't usually take my car on the highway. However, yesterday I had to stop and get the spare paint from the body shop for the Festiva which is about 40 minutes away from me.

Anyway, while going about 75mph on the highway, my doors started to shake. Nothing I could feel or anything, but they were shaking alot. I saw the drivers side, and my passenger said the passenger side was doing the same. It never did this before... and I was wondering what the problem could be.

Another question I had....
I haven't had the time to really dig in and find out what this is, so I figure I would post it here, so when I'm out of school I can check it out and see what's going on. I found this piece a few months ago while changing my tranny fluid. It seems loose, only held on by one of two bolts. I saw it last night while looking at the thermostat yesterday, and saw it was covered in fluid. Maybe it was just water? I'm not sure, like I said I haven't really had time to take a good look at it, I will tonight. Can you guys tell me what this is?

Was it just the tops of the doors shaking? Mine do that too, and I've read there's a solution to it. Roll down the window and open the door. Stick a 2x4 between the A pillar and the window frame and gently push in on the top of the window frame. This will bend it inwards so it holds tighter to the body.

The picture is of your fuel filter. If it looks wet, it could be fuel.

Thanks guys. I think it was just the tops, and it sounds right because the window popped out of the frame. As for the fuel filter, I'll check it out tonight.

I need to try the thing with the doors, my passenger door doesn't shake, but my drivers side door sure as hell does.
I never did understand why since my weather stripping isn't bad. Hopefully this trick solves it.
