Holy heater hose, Batman!

I guess that's why I lost coolant and overheated the engine yesterday. The local parts house doesn't list replacement specific to '90 (or any other year) Festy. I'd feel better if I had something with the bends pre-formed so there'd be a minimum amount of stress on the fittings. I need the hoses from the engine to the heater core, as one has a hole and the other is probably also original and showing its age. Anybody have a Gates or other part number, or at least the ID and length?
