    Auto trans shift cable ?

    Hello all ...How do i tighten transmission cable ? it feels very loose when shifting gears and also transmission not shifting well. it occasionally slips and gives a jerking motion not shifting. It has fluids bit this weekend i am going to replace fluids and filter and tighten cable and see where it goes from there. As soon as i figure out of to tighten the cable any suggestions.?

    drive the ever living CRAP out of it.... it's been sitting for a while, it's probably gummed up.
    Trees aren't kind to me...

    currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
    94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.

      Lol maybe you are right but I am still worried about commuting with it until its 100% . I still have not takin it yet only around town. It's seems to be getting stuck in gear and not shifting well
