Am I stupid..? I think its a wiring problem

So, i have a 1993 Festiva L, Automatic.
The car was working great, no problems.
But last week I went to start it and nothing happened, and i mean nothing.
Nothing turns on anymore, no lights, no radio, no wipers nothing.

I hauled the battery in to do a test and the battery is 100% Good to Go.

Any freaking help would be great, i think im just stupid but this is weird to me.

have you checked the grounds on the engine and body?

have you checked and cleaned you battery cables?

have you checked the fusible links behind the battery?
