    You have to put the car on jacks and bang on stuff. We cant just diagnose like that. It could be many things. Get it on jacks and bang on the rubber portion of tire @ 3,6 & 9 o'clock with a sledge . Do this on both wheels,and look for movement and listen. Your problem will show up ( if its not an axle). You don't have to wail on the tire just keep popping the tire to get a harmonic going. You can also grasp the tire and try to move it. Bottom line.....get the front end in the air and do a visual inspection. Also check the brake calipers (are they flopping around) or are they solid.They can also cause a rattle.
