Sometimes it starts with one key turn. Other times, I must turn the ignition key on & off up to 9 times. Can always pop the clutch.

when it DOESNT start the first time, what happens when you turn the key?Trees aren't kind to me...

Try spraying WD-40 or contact cleaner into the ignition key hole.Original owner of silver grey carburetted 1989 Festiva. 105k km as of June 2006. 140k km as of June 2021.Comment
