Is the air filter housing supposed to have a breather filter? It looks like there's a place for one, but when I go to buy one nobody seems to have them. I'll post pictures later to show I'm talking about.

On mine, which is a carbed car,I cut a piece of foam from a lawn mower air filter,the type that some brigs and stratton motors used. They can be bought cheap and will make many filters for for a Festiva.1960 willys pickup

I found some auto stores have universal filters that will fit. However, I've noticed oil coming out of the breather tube. I'm wondering if the filter is preventing it from going back down.Comment
