Check Engine Light

My 91 Festy was running fine until it quit. Cranks good, will fire with SF. Why doesn't the cel light up? So far I have swapped the igmod with a good one off my 92 Festy with no change. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Perhaps the CEL bulb is burned out?
