I have these double wiper blades on that work like crap. The owner before me put those on and I will replace them once I get the wiper/turn signal/headlight switch replaced on the steering column. I have the new switch I just have to remove the steering wheel to take the old one off and put the new one on.
I'm gonna go the route of a stronger spring too.

I was contemplating those dual bladed ones, but I havn't heard anything about them, and they cost as much as the more effective rain-X blades.

I think when my cheap ones are completely useless I will just upgrade to rain-x blades on Sentra wipers arms.

The Upullandpay has a 91' and a 94' Sentra, so while we are there on Friday I am going to test fit them to that Festy.

Use some of the "Original" Rain-X (clean window, apply rain-x, work in like wax, buff out just like wax, repeat a second time). My grandfather got me into using this before I could even reach the pedals well enough in the car to even think about driving. It works wonders when you get up to higher speeds (above 45mph)... you don't even need to use your wipers at all since it'll be just beading up and gliding off of your window! Plus if you life in area's that get snow/ice. If you have a good coat of Rain-X on your window. You can nearly push a sheet of ice off your window all at once with ease!! #HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Plus keeping your wipers changed out always is nice...

I had the rain x ones on my girlfriends svx and they were good for a while... lasted about 6 months or so then were useless. This time i found the goodyear curved ones at costco for 7.99 a piece, so i put them on, and wow they are nice.

I use the liquid Rain-X treatment. Works great at speeds above 40MPH with decent precipitation volume. The rain just runs right off. Much better than slow Festiva wipers.
I have Michelin "hybrid" blades. Look like the beam type- there's an aerodynamic cover over the metal structure. They used to work pretty good but are getting spotty.
I have Bosh Icon beam type blades on my truck and they work excellent. Clean wipes every time.

However, my Festiva's driver's side wiper arm mount is broken so I can't use my wipers at highway speeds without the blade wrapping around the A pillar and getting stuck. The Rain-X saves me from needing to use them.
