Fog light relay whining

I recently installed 4 fog lights to one switch using a relay and fusible link. Now when I cut the car off the relay whines constantly and oscillates it's pitch with the car off. I'm fairly certain I wired it right. Does any body else have a pic of there relay setup on there fog lights or a simple diagram so I can fix this. I added the relay for safety and the inline fuse as back up. Thanks in advance for your replies.

The Pride rear fog light was used in UK and Germany only.
Check the wiring schematic in section G for accuracy.

The wire you chose is hot at all times. It should only be hot when the car is running. You chose the wrong wire.
