  • Coolant leak, Radiator and elsewhere

I know for a fact that my radiator has a leak because I can see the crack and is squirts water.

The kicker is I can see coolant/water dripping under the car on the passenger sign near the pullys. When I crank the car the drip becomes profuse. The coolant is a little muddy but the oil on the dip stick is still fine.

I have no clue where the leak is coming from. Any idea on where is leak is coming from before I start tearing things apart?

That would be your water pump spitting water out. Get that replaced asap, and change your timing belt while you are in there.

Crap I didn't even think of that because I thought it had been changed recently . . . booooooo!!! I needed to get one anyways for another festiva so I might as well get two.

It very well may have been changed....sadly that doesn't mean it was done right. Changing the belt is smart because it doesn't really play nice with anti-freeze. Don't want your belt to snap on your morning drive one day.

Yeah. it's time to change the belt anyways . . . I was hoping this would last long enough for me to get my B8 swap done in my other Festiva.
