So my axle keeps popping out and leaking ATF. It is a five speed. I tried to pull seal out 1/3 and it still pops out to far. It pops out a good 1-1 1/2 inch. How do I fix this?. Could a manual aspire axle fix it?

Details...e f or g series, I'm assuming e series since you are asking about Festy and aspire axels. Did you move the transmission when you dropped the BP in? Did you swap lcas or change any other suspension components?
Is the engine sitting level or tilted left/right, you have any pics? Did you have to pull outward on the axel to get the nut on it or does it seat fully and firmly in the knuckle with the axel nut off other end inserted fully in the tranny..?Last edited by zoom zoom; 04-27-2013, 02:11 PM.2008 Kia Rio- new beater

It is e series. Did not move transmission during swap and the engine is level. I even thought the same and adjusted it toward front thinking it was twisted and it still popped out. I am running 2001 kia front suspension and aspire LCAs.;

Well I had the kia swap before I put the engine in and didn't have this problem. And my front tires look crooked. Like. \__/;

You need festiva lca ! And camber bolts ! The weight of the engine brought the suspension back down and forced the tire out ,causing more distance between trans and hub ! You might be okay without camber bolts but I would check it when you put festiva lca on !New build on the way .

The positive camber is the reason I chopped coils from the Rio springs. You actually want it to be a little negative camber, / \2008 Kia Rio- new beater

When I did my swap, I had the same camber issue \ /. I cut my springs 1 1/2 coils and that straightened the wheels out. I still have a bit of positive camber, so I'm cutting some more off the springs and buying camber bolts.Festiva: Because even my dog can build a Honda.
