What's an EGI fuse? Do you mean ENGINE?

Put the car in park or in gear and open the hood. Rock the car back and forth. If the motor mounts are not broken you should see the engine moving back and forth a little. Look at where the wire loom leaves the engine and see if any wires are broke there and rubbing on metal.

If nothing then turn the key on and wiggle things like the vaf and tps to see if you can blow the fuse.

The best way to test problems like this is to get two male spade terminals and crimp them onto the pigtails of a 194 bulb holder from the junkyard. Then you plug it in to the fuse connector. That way when you do wiggle tests you have a clear indication of when you're shorting to ground, and it puts a load on the circuit so you won't melt the wires or waste a bunch of fuses.
