Help with Front end Shaking and noise, What could be wrong?

Ive looked everywhere, nothing is dragging or hanging, when it first started it was once in a blue moon, now its constantly, and it gets more frequent when turning

Check motor mounts, check steering rack inner tie rods and the bushing inside the rubber boot. Check for rack to pinion play. Check upper bearing plates.

I wouldn't drive it like that.. do what arty said, double tripple check the axle nut torque, then the torque on the wheels, if that doesn't help it take that axle back and get a new one, it sounds like the axle is clicking to me, and the fact that it gets worse in turns backs that up...otherwise I would think wheel bearing but i'd do the axle and see if it fixes the problem first. I've had bad experiences with reman axles, wouldn't be the first time a bad one was sold.

it's your caliper pins knocking on your wheel.... there's no retainer clip keeping the pins from walking out and contacting the inside of the rim. go get yourself a caliper hardware kit that has new slider pins and retainers and install. they look like this:

Hmm wondering if this is also my issue. Except i have a wobble at about 55-60

This may or may not be applicable in your case, but it's a general bit of knowledge we all need.

When changing to aftermarket aluminum rims, you also have to change to longer, aftermarket lug bolts (or go with studs). This is because the lug bolts that come stock with Festys have a tapered area that is only long enough for a steel wheel or a stock Festy/Aspire aluminum wheel, which uses thinner metal than an aftermarket aluminum rim. The part that matters is the tapered area, which is what grabs the rim. Compare a stock lug bolt to an aftermarket one, or a tapered lug nut.

I had this problem too; changed to aftermarket rims and got shaking getting progressively worse above around 40-45 MPH. As soon as I switched to aftermarket lug bolts, it went away.

Im going to go check them out right now, thank you for the tip, im also going to check on that axle to see if maybe it could be bad

Will the caliper pins fix help with the wobble also, i checked them and they are very loose

Wobble on my car was a loose wheel bearing.

Tire balance and loose bearing/ball joint would cause it.
