  • Festiva knuckles ?

Are all Festiva wheel knuckles the same ? I'm gonna be buying one from an 89 carby and wanted to make sure it would fit my 91.

No luck finding the answer with the search function. Sorry if i missed it.

Throw out the Festiva knuckles and install Rio or Aspire knuckles. Far superior braking.

Agreed. When able, you should always upgrade rather than merely replacing... particularly if you're getting parts from a junkyard where the prices will no doubt be the same. Rio and Aspire parts are usually easier to get your hands on for better deals as well!

I would but I'm going to be lowering my festy soon and I've heard that those knuckles make the wheel stick out further and i don't want any fender rubbing issues. Its tempting though. i didn't know rio knuckles would work too. that's cool !

So an older festy knuckle will fit ?

Assume you are talking about whole front wheel? Need to get knuckle, hub, and bearing spacer as a set because they are matched at the factory. If you try to mix and match youself the bearings won't sit right and wheel will be loose or tight and bearings will wear quickly. You probably already knew that.
