Electrical Issue

I had a problem before with the headlights. They would buzz when I tried to turn them on. I got them to work again by taking a couple of connectors off this block thing (fusible links I think) and cleaning the wires along with their respective connectors.

Now, the headlights won't turn on, or even buzz. All of the other lights work, and no fuses are blown. The charge light in the car on too. I tried to take the same connectors that I had a problem with before and mess around with them, but to no avail. Does anybody have any suggestions? I need headlights.

Great weather for cleaning all the ground terminals in your car. Use a Dremel with a mini wire wheel and wear safety glasses. Do every one you can see in the engine compartment and under your dash. Good luck.
