Does anyone know the total oil capacity of the three speeds when the oils is all drained out?

Have you emptied the torque converter too? Or just drained the transmission itself?No festiva for me ATM...Comment

I just drained my automatic transmission fluid, removed the pan and cleaned it, replaced the filter and the gasket.
My question is.. how much fluid is still in the transmission (torque converter)? Manual says capacity is 5.6 quarts but
I know this will be too much. Anyone know the approximate amount of ATX fluid that should be needed?Comment
