    it's located under the passenger side axle. the wires have snapped off.
    1994 Honda Accord LX, 5spd

    1992 Festy GL, 5spd (she be broken :/)

    When the reverse shift rail pushes against that the ball it closes the circuit and the reverse tail lights come on. Yes, it's important.

      Your picture is blurry. It could also be the neutral safety switch. What part of the transmission is it on?

        It is located directly underneath the passenger side axle next to the shift linkage.
        1994 Honda Accord LX, 5spd

          Also, on page 12 of that PDF, the interlock pin?? I realized a couple of seconds ago that I forgot to reinstall that. Is everything going to explode if I attempt to operate the transmission without that pin in the detents down below the shift forks?
