door panels

I need to know how to get into my door panels to work on the windows which are coming out of their tracks, but I can't seem to figure out quite how to do it. I got some screws out but it didn't seem to become any easier to get off...

ok, sorry about that, I got it now

its a 1991 Ford Festiva GL, actuall its in pretty decent shape for having 200k miles on it, and it still drives well!

just need to know how to get the darn door panels off...

and how much force should it take to remove the nuts that hold the front fenders on...for a 15 year old car...I feel like I'm stripping them
