We have a 1998 Festiva WF Trio that generally runs pretty well.
It has recently sometimes become sluggish from taking off from stop (E.g. stopped at lights). When you put your foot on the gas the car hesitates a bit (Perhaps it's missing), and then a second or so later (as the car slowly gains speed/revs) it stops and the car accelerates normally.
This seems to be worse if we have the air con running, and even idling at the lights with the A/C running SOMETIMES causes the engine to kind of stutter. In both cases, it almost seems like it will stall (but it never does).
Any ideas? We are hoping to move it along soon, but want to get it sorted before we sell it.
