That's your IAC, or idle air control solenoid. A black, molded hose fits from there to the intake. It is what bypasses the throttle body to allow some computer adjustment of the engine speed at idle.
The coolant bypass tube wraps around the block and goes to the heater core hose, and the small hose there goes to the bottom of the throttle body. Another small hose connects the throttle body to the IAC. If I could better understand what you're looking for I could take pictures

I've got a hose coming off the bottom of the intake on the back side of the IAC. But then I have a hose off the coolant bypass and a open nipple on the IAC. Do those hook together?
