Mix & match auto transmission case pieces?

So my Auto case is busted from where the pin came out of the spider gears(see my pics thread if interested), can I mix & match a case(& gearset) off another auto or are the halves machined to tolerances that require me to keep original pieces matched? having a tough time getting a decent auto reasonable & mine was in great shape...until the diff blew.

now just to clarify, this is for a Festy, correct??? If it's for an Aspire, the year must match as almost every year of Aspire auto has their own final drive ratio.

It's for Aspire. So I'd at least need to swap the gear off the carrier to match what's on the back of the case half I use? Any other gears different?

the diff ring gear and it's pinion need to match, all other parts should be interchangeable.
