My check engine light blinks when it idles at 750 rpm and if I rev it it stops or it idles above 1000. It never stays on just blinks.

The check engine light is controlled exclusively by the ECA computer grounding out.
I am going to check tomorrow if I left my blue/black wire intact. I think I will use it for my choke light reminder.

Does anyone know how the check engine light is supposed to work?
The maual has checks for check engine light never on or always on.
