  • Fuel filter!

    How the hell do is get to the fuel filter bolt holding it in? I can not get to it lol any ideas?? Thanks!

    There is no bolt on mine. Just a little wire holder. It's easier to get at from underneath to remove it.

      The wire holder bolts on but you just pull the filtre out of the holder.
      I you make some room by unbolting the ignition coil or charcoal canister, or both (I cant' remember) you can get at the bolt which holds the holder.
      Changing the fuel filtre is awkward because you have to get a pair of pliers down there to compress the
      clamp on the hose in order to pull it off. Patience and a lot of swear words does it.

        Then when you get that darn filter out, move it further up the engine bay (get extra fuel hose for this)! Makes life a lot easier later on.
